How many workouts are in the 4-week program?

I’ve designed these workouts on a 6-day basis so that you get enough rest in between for these muscle groups (Rest days are highly recommended). You will be getting 24, fully described workouts with online support!


How do I see the workouts?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with the link to an easy-to-use app with videos, descriptions and all the tools you need to succeed!


Is there support?

YES! This program is like having me right next to you when you're working out. All my workouts have detailed descriptions so that you can adjust your posture and learn training cues. You will also receive weekly check-ins from me on Sundays to make sure you are on the right path to your gosls.


Do I need a gym membership?

For this workout package, gym membership is NOT



What equipment do I need?

The beauty of these workouts is that you can use whatever you have at home: Sofa, stairs, water jug, rug, bed, anything to help you complete your workouts. I give you ideas in my videos! I do recommend you get a booty band and a couple of dumbells (10-15lbs).
