VIP online coaching is for individuals who need the extra support to make major changes in their health and fitness journey. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or have been training for a couple of years but have seen little to no progress, this approach of online coaching will boost your performance in all aspects.


What is the difference between the VIP online coaching vs. subscribing to an app or buying a 4 week program? It is the paying attention to details on what may be holding you back or not excelling you forward. I believe that when you have an extra set of eyes, especially profressional eyes that have been in the fitness industry for over 7 years like myself, I am able to catch certain blind spots that are potentially hold you back from reaching your goals. Everybody needs a coach. I myself have one, and it has been the best decision I've made for myself and my business. I have been able to push and be more intentional with my workouts because my trainer can see me from a different angle, and has way more experience than I do. I have been able to reach my dream body by applying specific workout techniques, a new approach to training, dieting tips, and just being more intentional with everything that I do.


I'd love to share my knowledge and help others grow into a version of themselves that they can not only be proud of,  but also look forward to being 1% better every single day. To not become obssessed with the end goal, but fall in love with the process. I truly enjoy every single day that I go to the gym or just make healthier choice for myself. I feel alive and very present in my day to day life because of the discipline and mindset I've acquired over the years of training. "How you do one thing, is how you do everything."


What does my VIP online coaching include?

  • 1:1 VIP online coaching experience. Complete cellphone/email support - daily check in's.
  • 2 30 min weekly calls to ensure that we are educating + improving your workout experience. (This can be scheduled during your workout time to specialize in your form / technique)
  • 4 weeks of intense strength training to achieve the fastest results safely.
  • Customized meal plan according to your lifestyle, goals, and body type.
